Sermon: To Whom Shall We Go?
Text: John 6:66 – 69
Thesis: We Hear God’s Voice Within The Word.

I. Jesus’ Voice Is Love.
A. He cared for all people.
B. People felt His acceptance.

II. Jesus’ Voice Is Power.
A. The leaders of His day heard this.
B. The disciples heard this power too.

III. Jesus’ Voice Is Healing.
A. No manner of disease was outside the scope of His ability.
B. No length of aliment was too long either.

IV. Jesus’ Voice Is Wisdom.
A. His wisdom is well documented.
B. His wisdom motivated people.

V. Jesus’ Voice Is Joy.
A. Jesus was joyful about being here.
B. His joy was contagious.

Conclusion: Peter wasn’t always correct in his assessment of things, but here he was spot on. Where else can man come to find the words of eternal life? The answer is clear. Nowhere else can these words be had. In Jesus men find love, power, healing, wisdom and joy. I pray that our goal is to pass these on and that they will make a difference in our world.
