Sermon: The Mind Matters
Text: Proverbs 4:23
Thesis: The Mind Is The Key To Everything.

I. Satan Would Rather Us Think Wrong, Than To Do Wrong.
A. A contaminated well poisons everything.
B. We are losing the battle of the mind in America.

II. If We Do Wrong Only, Then We May Repent.
A. There are two types of people who do wrong.
B. I think the church needs to love their own enough to call them to repentance.

III. However, If We Think Wrong, Then We Won’t See Any Reason For Repentance.
A. Man’s wisdom and theories are on center stage.
B. Those of the world see our differences as a matter of an opinion.

Conclusion: The plot and plans of Satan are clever and cunning. Genesis 3:1 says, “the serpent was more crafty.” This has been proved true many times over. We see it being played out before us. But answer me this, what has been your response. Many or done the ostrich maneuver. Others have taken the political approach. They’ve said nothing and done less. But Jesus asked us to go and teach. What do you choose to do?
