“I went down to the potter’s house and there he was working at his wheel. And the vessel he was making of clay was spoiled in the potter’s hand, and he reworked it into another vessel as it seemed good to the potter to do…can I not do with you as this potter has done?… Behold like the clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in My hand.” (Jeremiah 18:3-6)
GENESIS NOVA

Our fourth PCM volunteer team served at the Genesis Nova church in Pabianice. This church meets in what was once a hotel. They are renovating it to meet the needs of their growing congregation. The U.S. team was from the Jefferson St. Christian Church in Lincoln, IL, as well as from the Greenville Christian Church in Greenville, IL. We also had volunteers from Indiana and Maine. They accomplished so much work and developed lasting relationships with our Polish ministry partners. A big THANK YOU to pastors Kamil and Lukasz for all the preparation and warm hospitality. May this church continue to grow as God draws more people unto Himself.
JC3 TO WARSAW

The JC3 team from Jefferson City, TN, spent several days in Warsaw. They served Ukrainian seniors and children in partnership with Warsaw “West,” helped with food and clothing distribution at Warsaw “South,” provided lessons and games for the preschool at Warsaw “Pulawska,” attended the CSM worship concert, and so much more. This team came with big hearts to serve in the name of Jesus. We thank them for coming and thank our Polish partners for welcoming them. We look forward to how we might partner again in the future on behalf of the churches in Poland.
BURIED WITH CHRIST

We rejoice with the many individuals who publicly confessed Jesus as Lord and were baptized into Him over the past few weeks. The churches in Warsaw, Plock, Lublin, Ostroda, Pabianice, and many others are celebrating such public declarations of faith. Those baptized are not only Poles, but also Ukrainians and those from other nations. May each one grow in the knowledge of Jesus and their path grow ever brighter as they walk with their eyes fixed on Him.
WYSZKOW

While the JC3 team were at Warsaw “West,” Denny Towles (PCM Board member) and Bob McGann worshiped with the church in Wyszkow. Bob shared from the Word, and following the service, they met with the church leaders to discuss ministry principles and various prayer needs. We’re so thankful for Pastor Lukasz Osik and his wife, Justyna, and all the congregation as they seek to make Jesus known in their city.
CSM WORSHIP CONFERENCE

The CSM worship conference was held at the Warsaw “North” church on June 14. It was such a beautiful day as worship leaders and teams from across Poland gathered for a day of training and inspiration. We are thankful to partner with Adam Kosewski (CSM Director) and all his team as they provide resources to equip and encourage worship teams from the local churches. There truly is joy in the presence of the Lord.
ANNUAL PASTORS CONFERENCE

What a wonderful few days we had with the Polish pastors and leaders who gathered at Ostroda Camp for the annual pastors conference. The worship and teaching were encouraging and refreshing as we looked to our Good Shepherd as a model for ministry. We thank Andrzej Bajenski and all those who planned the conference, as well as Bartek Zdanowicz and his team at the camp who provided such exceptional hospitality. It truly was a blessed time. May the churches experience growth and blessing as a result of our time together.
80th ANNIVERSARY

It was an honor to attend the 80th anniversary celebration of the church in Olsztyn. Established in 1945 after WWII, this fellowship has been proclaiming the Gospel faithfully ever since. We celebrated Pastor Marcin Zwolinski and his wife, Basia, who have served the church for thirty years. We also celebrated the ordination of Sebastian Andrzejczuk, and are thankful that he and his wife, Natalia, will be leading the congregation in the future. May God continue to lead and bless this congregation as they welcome the lost into the family of God.
LIFE CHURCH

The “Life Church” in Warsaw is not only a church, but they run a school for 120 Ukrainian youth (ages 6-18). This school year there were seventeen Ukrainian teachers on staff, and they are hoping to enlist some interns to assist with after-school activities starting in the fall. We had the opportunity to meet Maciej and Iga Liziniewicz who lead this ministry and are pouring themselves out on behalf of these Ukrainian young people. We hope to find meaningful ways to partner with them in the future.
HELLO, POLKOWICE

On the last Sunday of June we had the unexpected opportunity to worship with the New Life Church in Polkowice. We are thankful to Pastor Mateusz Jakubowski for the invitation and for introducing us to the congregation. We met many wonderful people and we were impressed with their focus on proclaiming the Gospel with clarity and passion. The church is growing and a new building project is underway. We pray blessing over Mateusz and his wife, Renata, and all the congregation as they offer life in the name of Jesus in this far western region of Poland.
UKRAINIAN REFUGEE ASSISTANCE

In June, PCM sent $8,000 to Poland for the purpose of Ukrainian refugee relief:
1) Food distribution centers in Poland – $3,500
2) Polish churches for housing/food – $3,500
3) Transports to Ukraine from Polish churches – $1,000
PCM is committed to sending funds to help our Polish churches provide food and housing for Ukrainian refugees. Every donation is deeply appreciated. Thank you for your kindness, generosity and prayers.
