Sermon: How To Have Godly Worship
Text: Psalm 24:3 & 4
Thesis: There’s No Short Cuts To Worship

I. Redemption Is The First Step To Worship.
A. This world has gotten caught up in being entertained.
B. Redeeming the lost is the church’s number one priority.

II. Righteousness Is The Next Step Towards Worship.
A. Those who become devoted to serving God.
B. Those who take a stand with and for the truth.

III. Worship Is Essential To Fulfilling God’s Will For Our Lives.
A. This is why God encouraged so much building.
B. God invites us to worship.

Conclusion: For the last two weeks, we have looked a bit at worship. Probably, in ways you didn’t count on. Friends, it is time the church got serious. We’re not in competition with Disney or other means of entertainment. They are as glad to see you go as when you come. The church doesn’t want you to go; it wants to send you back out to reach others with the message of redemption. This is why we seek His favor and righteousness, so we can reach more. Let’s come and worship.
