Sermon: Don’t Hide Your Convictions
Text: Romans 8:38 & 39
Thesis: Display Your Convictions Proudly.

I. There’s A Conviction From The Start. (8:1)
A. This is a declaration of freedom.
B. And this freedom comes from another conviction.

II. There’s An Underlying Conviction. (8:28)
A. This is the heart of the message.
B. No creature lives without a heart.

III. There’s A Game Changing Conviction. (8:31)
A. Lots of things try to foil the plans of God in us.
B. He makes all the difference.

IV. There’s A Final Conviction. (8:35)
A. Here’s the crescendo.
B. This conviction makes everything right

Conclusion: We spoke of those three posters, but there is an irony.
This third one which has been copied so many times, was never publicly
displayed. It was found by a couple in a box of old books they went
through. This is what happens to the ones here in chapter eight. Many
will never find these convictions in their lifetimes. They will miss out on
their help and hope. Dig in God’s Word and find these and others which
will enable you.
