Sermon: High Potency
Text: Acts 2:42-44
Thesis: We Need To Prepare For Influence.

I. Our Recipe Includes Reading And Feeding On The Truths Of The Bible.
A. Everyone needs proper instruction to be good at something,
B. You can’t sell something you don’t know, have, or believe in.

II. Our Recipe Includes Being On Our Knees In Prayer.
A. The early church was a praying church.
B. Praying was as common event in the lives of the early church as breathing.

III. Our Recipe Includes Fellowship With Others Who Want To Be Contagious.
A. The early church enjoyed being together.
B. They worked as a team and functions as a family.

Conclusion: A few years back during the Covid 19 pandemic we heard a lot about being contagious. With that it wasn’t a good thing. At one point when the delta variant came out it was said one person would pass it to 4 others. Wouldn’t it be great to say that each Christian would win at least 4 others to Christ? I bet the early church did this and more. Let’s get this recipe right and be contagious.
