Sermon: A Life Well Lived
Text: I Peter 2:6
Thesis: Make Needed Changes.

I. In Christ We Can Live Without Regrets.
A. Living without regrets isn’t easy.
B. A life is Christ will never have regrets.

II In Christ We Can Live Without Retreat.
A. Many in the modern church are too quick to retreat.
B. We are on the winning side.

III. In Christ We Can Live Without Reservations.
A. Reservations are second thoughts, and like worrying about the small print.
B. There is nothing less than all in with God.

Conclusion: In the OT the prophets were sent to sound the warning to God’s rebellious people about His coming judgment. This message wasn’t what they wanted to hear and believe. So they called them “fools.” But I tell you I’d rather be a fool of God, than to have my name on any plague on this planet. A well lived life is not about being your best or “being good.” A well lived life is one firmly planted of God’s chief cornerstone, Jesus Christ. Only then “will we never be put to shame.”
