Sermon: The Danger Of A Stronghold
Text: Proverbs 21:22
Thesis: Don’t Give Satan Access To Your Eternity.

I. The Wrong Stronghold Allows Satan To Attack From Within.
A. The world is building on a weak stronghold.
B. Man has this weakness which Satan exploits masterfully.

II. Satan Often Attacks From Our Mind.
A. Our minds are a battleground.
B. This is target one for all of Satan’s attacks on man.

III. It Makes Little Difference Where On The Planet You Reside.
A. No one is immune.
B. The strongest of men must have their guard up.

Conclusion: Man is a well-built creature. God made us His masterpiece. But we are covered in flesh and that makes us susceptible to attacks from the adversary who is very crafty. Those seven deadly sins are found in every people group on the planet, in one form or the other. So, we must keep our minds well-guarded by the truth of God and let Him have the final say in all things. He is a “stronghold” we can count on for all time.
