Sermon: Be Strong In The Lord
Text: Ephesians 6:10 – 13
Thesis: Strength Of The Flesh Is Immaterial.

I. Paul Didn’t Encourage Us To Be Strong minded.
A. Strength of the flesh fails.
B. Strength in the Lord never fails.

II. Paul Didn’t Encourage Us To Be Strong willed.
A. Your strong will is not enough defense.
B. Our lives aren’t about our will, but about His will.

III. Paul Didn’t Encourage Us To Be Strong intentioned.
A. Good and strong intentions are not enough.
B. The adversary are celestial beings.

Conclusion: The good news is that you don’t have to. God wants you to rely on His strength. Paul strongly advises the saints to do so. There is too much to lose to go in half-heartedly. No time to be ill informed or to be ill prepared. Your soul and the souls of all humanity are truly at stake. Mature, spiritually intelligent Christians will see and understand. But so many, who think they are mature, will miss this altogether. I urge you to see the words of Paul and take heed. May God bless us and see us to victory.
