Sermon: The Word Changes Us
Text: Revelation 14:6 & 7
Thesis: The Voice We Choose To Hear Is Important.
I. Seeking God Means Giving Him The First Word.
A. This is what God is known for.
B. This is the spot which so much competes for.
II. Seeking God Means Giving Him The Last Word.
A. God is known for the last and final word too.
B. God has competition here too.
III. Seeking God Means Letting His Voice Be The Loudest In Your Life.
A. Life is crowded.
B. Tune your ears spiritually to God’s voice.
Conclusion: It’s a fact that God has desired to be close to man, from our beginning. When sin entered the picture, God’s heart was broken, but not His will. He immediately began to seek man back. And now we know for a fact that God has made a way for us to be rewarded as we seek Him. To truly seek Him, He must be the first voice, the last voice and the loudest that we listen too.
